Soft waves turn a simple cylinder into a sculptural pendant shade. Aeolian’s ridges catch shadows when unlit and create a textured glow when paired with your compatible light fitting. Choose one shade for a reading corner or mix mirrored patterns along a table or kitchen island.
First choose a PLA finish (Basic, Matte, Silk+, Wood & Marble/Stone, Sparkle/Galaxy/Metal or Multicolor), then pick a colour from that finish. See the PLA colour charts in the photos for the available choices. Want something that is not listed? Contact us and we will try to source it.
Each pattern is offered as 01 and 02. These are mirrored versions with opposite wave directions, not different sizes. Each selection is one shade; order two if you want a mirrored pair.
One PLA lampshade in your selected pattern and colour, plus one printed twist-lock socket adapter. Bulb, lamp holder, retaining ring, cord set and other electrical hardware are not included. Gallery arrangements may show several shades together.
Size 1: approximately 10.0 cm wide × 25.0 cm high (3.9 × 9.8 in), measured across the shade exterior. All ten supplied designs share this size. The separate socket adapter is included in the price.
Designed for an IKEA STRÅLA lamp base or cord set. Secure the lamp holder in the printed adapter using its original retaining ring, align the adapter and shade tabs, and twist to lock. Confirm your fitting matches before ordering. Other socket systems are not assumed compatible.
For indoor use. PLA is heat-sensitive: use a compatible low-heat LED light source, keep the shade clear of the bulb and follow your lighting hardware’s instructions. Electrical installation and hardware are not included. Dust gently with a soft cloth. Light transmission varies with filament colour and finish; fine layer lines are part of the printed texture.

Your piece is printed after you order it and ships within 7 business days. That part is our guarantee. Everything below is the carrier's, and starts the day your parcel ships rather than the day you order.
We use recognized, tracked carriers on every route, to every region. Once a parcel leaves our workshop it is in the carrier's hands, so delays caused by the carrier, by customs or by weather are outside our control and we cannot be held responsible for them. If a parcel stalls, contact us and we will chase it with you.
