A multi-level platform that looks like the overgrown roots of an old tree. Curved root "trunks" with visible grain branch upwards into several platforms, with small caves and passages in the lower and middle sections.

The different heights give climbing animals places to explore, bask and hide, and the wide base keeps the structure compact and stable.

Details

• In terrariums, it suits geckos, small lizards, frogs and insects, and the platforms can be used as basking or heat spots.
• In aquariums, it gives shrimp, catfish and small fish a place to hide and adds structure to aquascapes, especially shrimp tanks, nano tanks and biotope or forest river layouts.
• Looks very natural combined with real plants or moss.
• For tabletop and dioramas, it works as a fantasy tree ruin, forest platform, elf or ranger outpost, magical tree tower, or jungle or swamp scenery, with levels that add height differences for miniatures.

Colours

First choose a finish (Basic, Matte, Marble, Metal-Like or Glow-in-the-Dark), then pick a colour from that finish. Metal-Like includes our Galaxy, Sparkly and Metallic colours. There are 75 PETG colours in total, and the colour charts at the end of the photos show each one. Want something that is not listed? Contact us and we will try to source it.

Quality and care

Fine layer lines and small variations are normal in 3D-printed pieces. Clean gently with mild soap and water, then rinse thoroughly. Colours can look slightly different on screen.

Good to know

• Anchoring in an aquarium: Bond the base to a flat stone or acrylic sheet with aquarium-safe silicone, or with hot glue or cyanoacrylate superglue specifically suitable for aquarium use. Follow the adhesive manufacturer’s surface preparation and full curing instructions before placing it in the aquarium. Where the design allows, a few small holes through the underside into enclosed air pockets let water in and air out, reducing buoyancy.
• Measure the inside of your enclosure before ordering, and leave a little room for installation.
• Some photos show hand-painted examples. This piece ships unpainted.
